In accordance with that which is set forth in Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13th on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter "LOPD"), and its implementing regulations, specifically in Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21st, by means of this clause we inform you and you accept that your personal data is / will be collected and processed in a file owned by Startecnik SL, with registered offices at calle Montsian 24-30, Castellar del Valles, 08211, Spain.
The collection and treatment of the data contained in your curriculum vitae and all those arising in the personnel selection process, is intended to guide your application in the process of applying for employment in Startecnik S.L.
In this regard, the owner of the data guarantees in all cases that the information provided is correct, authentic and gives your unequivocal consent so that the personal data is transferred to the other branches of Startecnik Group, in order to cover possible vacancies in the same, as well as to third party for the purpose of verification and analytic use, all information provided by you in this employment application to determine the accuracy and integrity of the same and to obtain any analytical, registration or document that corresponds to your academic and work experience.
In case your candidacy is not successful for the present selection process, the candidate agrees that Startecnik Group reserves its data to fill vacancies that may arise in the future.
We inform you that, at any time, you may exercise legal rights, and in particular, access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, (i) by personally contacting Startecnik headquarters, (ii) by letter to mail address indicated above (iii) or by means of email to identifying yourself appropriately (Ref. Data Protection).
If, within the period of 30 days following the sending of this notification, you do not express your disagreement, you will be deemed to give Startecnik S.L. consent to proceed with the processing and transfer of your data for the purpose indicated above. To express your disagreement use the same procedure as the one offered to make use of the rights of rectification, cancellation and opposition.
